6.2 Licensee shall make available to Licensor, and keep available for Licensor's inspection at the place where the Software is distributed, any Software not functioning in compliance with the obligations of the previous paragraph.

6.3 Upon Licensor's request, Licensee shall have supplied Licensor with a written statement, verified in writing by a third-party techniques service organisation authorized by Licensor to verify the Software. The statement shall be provided to Licensor within 7 days after being requested. Licensor shall have the right to verify the statement. If the statement is considered faulty by Licensor, Licensor shall have the right to have such statement deleted or modified within 7 days after being requested. If Licensee refuses to comply with this request or if the statement cannot be verified, the warranty shall expire.

9.2 When the Software is downloaded from a CD of the End User Software, Licensee shall check the MD5 value of the iso file. When the Software is downloaded from a CD for Trial Start, the MD5 value of the Start.exe and Winpdbg.exe files shall be checked.

7 Term and conditions of use7.1 Licensee shall not (directly or indirectly) use or distribute the Software for any purpose other than as set forth below under the heading Use 7.2 Licensee shall use the Software with the Product and for intended purposes only, only on devices approved by Microsoft.
