I spent over an hour trying to find the serial number for my Microsoft Office ProPlus license key. The key was purchased from allkeyshop.com. The serial number was never sent to the email address that was provided. I have attempted the email three times and have been disconnected each time. I have even reached out to their customer support (no answer). I have attempted to contact them multiple times with no success. This is a very frustrating and aggravating issue.

I was using the trial of a software that I was trying to purchase and the license key that was sent to me was never valid, it just kept telling me to enter a valid serial number. I wasted an hour trying to purchase the software and then wasted hours of my time trying to find a valid serial number. I'm upset and so frustrated because of how little effort they are putting in, that I had to waste an hour of my day just trying to get this sorted out. I've been trying to contact them to resolve this issue for the past 3 days with no avail. I just wanted to let you know that this is the worst customer support I've ever had to endure.

When I went to the link I was told that it was invalid. I then called customer service. The person I spoke to went off on a tangent about how the email was sent from me and he did not send it to me. I then asked him to take the key again and he said that I was to send it in to Microsoft and to keep the key as he would take care of it. I did that and was told that the key was invalid because it was sent through a third party.
