RETURNS AND REFUNDS

        Most items sold by Rekindle Upcycling LLC that is still in new condition, unused, and or unopened with all of its contents returned within 60 days will receive a refund or an exchange. Some items sold by Rekindle Upcycling LLC have a modified return policy and it is noted on the receipt, packing slip, and in the item description. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How We Do It

At Rekindle Upcycling LLC our goal is to provide you the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Our mission every day is to deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, and make sure that you deserve the most quality levels of responsiveness at any times.

Processing time: All orders should be sent to the manufacturer for dispatch no longer than 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: In the U.S, the orders are usually shipped by the US Postal Service. When items have already been processed and left the warehouse, they will be transported between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination. Unless rush delivery is requested by the customer rushed delivery options will vary on the order, and shipping location.


All orders are processed and shipped on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery may take a few extra days if the destination is in a rural area.

Please note that Rekindle Upcycling LLC  is not responsible for any customs fees.
